I worked as an iPhone developer UK leaflet distributor
Last summer I decided to find a part-time job. I wanted to buy a new bicycle and save money for a trip to India. I started looking on various job search websites and asking at employment agencies, but all positions for the summer seemed already filled. One day, a woman from one of the employment agencies called me. She told me a new company is starting an advertising programme in the city. Theyre looking for people to distribute leaflets door-to-door. I said I would take the job. On the next day, I was given hundreds of iPhone developer UK leaflets. The employment agency invited me and other employees to a short training session during which we were taught how to distribute our leaflets, where to leave them, and what we were not supposed to do with them. I thought it would all be quite easy. Two days later, I stared my job. I was supposed to deliver leaflets to over five hundred houses! My area was not the city centre, which was good because I dont like heavy traffic. I packet all the iPhone developer UK leaflets into my bag, took a bus to one of the small districts of the city, and started my work. After a couple of hours, I was exhausted! I had to walk all the time, and some people were not very nice to distributors. I was also bitten by a dog. I resigned straight away and started looking for another job.
